All ScannableCards products are thoroughly tested before shipment. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item:
lNotify us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photo of the issue.
lApproved returns must be shipped back in original packaging.
lRefunds or replacements will be issued after product inspection.
lCustom-configured or software-linked items are non-refundable, unless faulty.
Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
